We will talk about joint wellness, flexibility, nutritional balance, but also detox, fasting, morning routines and healthy habits to create a complete lifestyle.


This program is perfect for yoga studios and helps increase the benefits of practicing yoga.

Each week we will present a new specific health and wellness theme. In these open discussions we will be able to guide and answer questions to ensure members are on the right path to optimal being.
